The “Mobile Gourmet™” offers a quick lesson on preparing a selected
recipe per episode in a few easy steps.  The culinary clips will highlight the stages of making a meal in a way that are understandable and appealing to people on a smaller screen while on-the-go; as well as conventional TV and other medias for regular viewing. 

The recipes will focus on meals of convenience that can be made in less than twenty minutes. Mobile Gourmet recipes will be accentuated with a style that the viewers can relate to, based on its visual representation, recipe familiarity, and by the popularity & acceptance of specific culinary styles.  Through each recipe, we will focus all attention on the food itself by showcasing all aspects of the recipe fare including; the colour, quality, cut (selection), and uniqueness of the food chosen, as well as never forgetting who the star of the show is, the food.
